Does the Good Sports Online Store have sizing guides for apparel?
Sizing guides are available within products where available. These are next to where you will select your size in each product.
The product I want does not appear to be in stock
Once we have sold out of a product it may be removed from the store. If we’re able to re-stock this product, it will reappear online once it becomes available. For any stock enquiries please contact DMC Sport at firstname.lastname@example.org
PLACING AN ORDER
I'm unsure if the order I placed has been received
Once an order has been placed you will automatically receive a Good Sports Online Store purchase confirmation email outlining your order number, receipt number, products purchase, value of goods and transaction status.
If you have not received this email, please contact DMC Sport at email@example.com to confirm your order, including double checking the email address provided on the order.
What forms of payment does the Good Sports Online Store accept?
The Good Sports Online Store accepts payment via MasterCard, Visa, AMEX & Bank Transfer. Please do not send cash in the mail.
What is a pre-order?
If you have ordered a product that is on pre-order, there is generally a delay in delivery, which is stated in the description of the product. We require full payment to secure this stock.
The Good Sports Online Store may feature 'exclusive' pre-orders on products to give first preference on delivery to those who purchase earlier than the release date. In the event additional items are ordered these items won't be shipped until you're pre ordered item is in stock.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure items listed online are in stock, occasionally some items will be temporarily out of stock. Products will be made unavailable until the items become readily available for purchase. However in the instance whereby products are unavailable, The Good Sports Online Store will advise you of the back dated article/s and will contact you as soon as possible.
YOUR ORDER AND SHIPPING
How long will my order take to arrive?
The Good Sports Online Store aim to provide you with superior customer service and delivery. Delivery of your parcel can be expected within 5-7 business days from dispatch. Certain circumstances may cause the delivery of your order to be delayed, so please allow up to 14 business days for your order to arrive. In the event that you do not receive your order within the specified times above please contact the DMC Sport team directly at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. You will receive ownership of the goods upon their delivery to you.
Has my order been dispatched yet?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email indicating that your order has been dispatched. You will also receive online tracking details, if these are available for you, to track your order during transit and any other relevant shipping information. You should expect shipping notification within 2-3 business days from when submitting your order
Can I change my order?
Please check all details when placing your order as orders cannot be changed once submitted. In the event the incorrect shipping details have been entered please email email@example.com as soon as possible and we will attempt to remedy this. In the event your order has been processed and is unable to be changed we cannot accept any responsibility regarding delivery if we have delivered to the address stated on the order.
Can I track my order?
Upon dispatch of your order, an email will be sent indicating your tracking number. If you have not received this within 2-3 business days please email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and we will track this for you.
Will I receive a Tax Invoice?
Yes - all orders receive an order confirmation email, a purchase receipt email and a delivery update email
Can goods be sent overseas?
The Good Sports Online Store store deliver only to addresses is Australia.
Can I supply a business address for my order?
We request that the delivery address specified be a destination where deliveries can be received with someone present between the hours of 8.30am-5pm. If you are delivering to a business please include the business name and any relevant instruction.
I believe my order might be lost in transit
We use reliable mailing services, however mishaps sometimes do occur. All items are checked thoroughly before packaging with care. Should a package be delayed, arrive damaged or not at all, please contact us promptly so we can discuss the issue by emailing email@example.com.
All goods are sent with the greatest care. DMC Sport is not liable for any damage that is caused during the delivery process. Any claims please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you in the unlikely event.
Events beyond our control
DMC Sport shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so, or for any damage to goods delivered, which is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident or event deemed to be a force majeure.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
What is the Exchange & Refund policy?
We ask that you choose your items carefully before placing your order - we will not offer exchanges or returns if you simply change your mind.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or need to change your size, please email email@example.com stating your order number and reason and one of our customer service team members will assist and provide return details.
You may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund providing the following is met:
- Original proof of purchase, a receipt, is supplied
- Goods are in unworn/unused original condition with swing tags still attached
- Goods are returned within 30 days of purchase.
Goods must be received prior to action being made. We cannot be held accountable for returned goods that are lost in transit (we suggest that these are packed appropriately and sent via registered post) or the postage costs associated in returning the unwanted goods.
Exchanging your item
Should you wish to exchange your item for a different size/style we ask that you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will ask you to return your goods back to us and once received we will organise a refund for you (excluding shipping and providing they meet the above criteria).
You will then be able to purchase your new item/s from the store. We do not directly exchange items for change of mind purchases.
